Rose Petals Designs will ship all packages via USPS. Allow up to 72 hours (3 days)
for your order to process before shipped. Postal service is the method of shipping
and could take up to 10 days or less to receive. All postal service orders will ship
with delivery of confirmation.
All returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date in the original condition
as shipped. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt and shipped in the same box if possible. All returns must have the name brand Hang Tags on the merchandise and not removed. All returns should be fully insured for the value of the merchandise to protect yourself in case of loss. Rose Petals Designs is not responsible for any return that is lost. All returns will be refunded by original method of payment. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded. to send an e-mail to Kay Rose or staff, requesting what you wish to exchange. Please
give a full description of the item and if it is the color or size and we will get back with
you with 24 hours on the availability of your request. Best results for an exchange happen if done as quickly as possible. E-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If not available at that time, we will check to see if and when it might come back in stock.
